are accepted in two categories:
- groups
affiliated (internal) with the University of Hawai‘i
- groups
not affiliated (external) with the University of Hawai‘i
Internal -
Reservation forms for groups affiliated with the University of Hawai‘i
may be picked up at the Office of Continuing Education and Training,
Hale Kuhina, Windward Community College, 45-720 Kea‘ahala Road,
Kaneohe, Hawai‘i 96744 or you may click
here to download the Word form. Forms may then be faxed to 235-7434,
mailed to the aforementioned address, or dropped off at Hale Kuhina.
External -
Reservation forms for groups not affiliated with the University of
Hawaii may be picked up at the Office of Continuing Education and
Training, Hale Kuhina, Windward Community College, 45-720 Kea‘ahala
Road, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744 or you may request that the form be faxed
or mailed to you. Click
here to download the Word form. Completed forms may then be faxed
to 235-7434, mailed to the aforementioned address, or dropped off
at Hale Kuhina. Multimedia equipment may be rented for a fee. Equipment
includes microphone(s), overhead projector, slide projector, screen,
VHS/TV, and LCD projector.
Catering
- Arrangements may be made for food service.
